We are joined here with Matt Derek's Chiefs beat writer for Chiefs digest thank you for taking a few minutes to a join us absolutely I catch up with you here first question that I have for you here Patrick Mahomes Chiefs to their first Super Bowl and fifty years winning the league MVP this year about his chances of winning the regular season MVP coming up this season there's no doubt I don't think there be any doubt this time but he probably went that were aboard again NFL draft went about as smooth as you could go for being the first time doing it virtually talk to me quickly about what you think about their draft class and booty like out of the draft this year with guys who could make an impact right now Clyde edwards-helaire in the backfield can fit into his office immediately I could see him absolutely making an impact it could be a situation where he eases into the lineup but he's going to find a way to get this guy on the field and he can take advantage of him Direction there I think it's going to be closer to thirteen where do you stand with where the Chiefs mail and as far as a 12 or more or less as far as how many wins do you get this regular season yeah my way-too-early swing through the schedule actually came at the same way as yours did I can't I can't the 13 wins and and that is with you know my belief that Andy Reid you're going to have the steam coming out of the blocks early that's something last three years they started with for nose starts and that's going to be difficult this time around because they do have a tough schedule coming up I mean especially Baltimore Ravens week 3 that's going to be a tough went but if they can get out to a 4 No 5 no start again I think that's definitely reachable call Matt thank you for joining us as Matt Darren with Chiefs digest their we appreciate your time
