A food bank in London is facing a donation shortage following a surge in visitors since the coronavirus outbreak took hold in the UK in March.
William McGranaghan of Dads House in London shared a video on Twitter which showed a queue of people filling the entire length of a shopping centre outside his food bank in Elephant and Castle.
He says the number of families visiting has shot up from 10 a day to more than 500 a day – many of which have young children.
Mr McGranaghan is now worried that donations alone will no longer be able to fulfil the high demand.
