COVID-19: Inmates of Vadodara Central Jail stitch masks, make sanitizers

Inmates of the Vadodara Central jail have been stitching masks, making sanitizers and soaps in order to do their bit during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The masks and sanitizers made by the inmates are being sold at the government offices and hospitals at a cheaper price.

The money earned from selling these products is given to the inmates depending on their contribution and work.

So far, the inmates have stitched 20,000 face masks.
