The family of a louisville restaurant owner are questioning the account given by police about what led to his fatal shooting during a protest on monday.

The video released shows gunfire at the door of mcatee's restaurant that night as officers and soldiers move in.

The video also shows mcatee stumble back into the restaurant after being shot inthe chest then a gun is seen on the ground... which police say mcatee dropped.

But mcatee's family says there is more video of the incident and questioned why police released video from just a few angles.

Louisville interim police chief robert schroeder says the video does not answer every question and that police were releasing it for the sake of transparency.

Lexington police have released video they hope will help identify another suspect in an assault that happened during a protest.
