On Friday, Walmart CEO Doug McMillon sent an email to employees addressing racial injustice and the death of George Floyd.
He said the company is committed to making changes to improve racial equity, both internally and externally.
McMillon said "Inside the company, our work to recruit, develop and support African Americans and other people of color will be even more of a priority.
