Roseburg man assaulted over fireworks; 5 people arrested

Five people were arrested after a man was assaulted in the green district.
The douglas county sheriff's office says they got a call about an assault on the 43 hundred block of de-priest street in roseburg around 10:50 at night.
The caller -- 63 year old kenneth hale said he was assaulted by neighbors.
Officials say he has facial injuries and a severe eye injury.
He says 31 year old aaron fannen-steel banged on his door after an arguement over fireworks.
He claims aaron grabbed him by the throat and that's when hale threw him on the ground -- to protect himself.
Officials say aaron yelled for back up and four people -- including two juveniels -- ran over and started hitting hale in the face and body.
After the assault -- they reportedly went back to their home where they wouldnt' respond to law enforcement.
Today -- detectives executed a search warrant at the home.
They arrested aaron fannen-steel -- lindsey pier --- and gage jackson.
Plus one of the juveniles involved in the assault.
The second juvenile was arrested away from the residence.
These three people you see here on your screen are facing multiple charges including burglary and assault.
