Watch: Tigress escapes Assam’s flood-hit Kaziranga National Park, rescued

A tigress took shelter in a village as flood waters inundated Kaziranga .

The tigress had strayed out of the flood-hit Kaziranga National Park and Tiger Reserve.

Forest officials successfully tranqulised and rescued the two-year-old tigress.

The tigress is among the 117 wild animals that have been rescued from inside & around the park.

Officials informed that the tigress is out of danger and didn’t have any injuries.
