And lloyd expressway, i've got a customer here who refuses to leave, i need him taking out with force if necessary and he needs to be barred" the manager of this gas station told 44news friday- she was unaware of the situation - that escalated with the night shift clerk and a customer - over that customer not w earing a mask inside the store - evansville's mayor mandating masks be worn in public due to a recent spike in covid-19 cases- "i think businesses should enforce it because we are keeping everyone safe by wearing them" asst chief of police chris pugh says it is not against the law to not wear a mask - "a private business can require you to do what they want, if they say you have to wear a mask its their property they can do what they want" a sign posted on the entrance of the gas station at the corner of indiana and fulton says that a mask is required before entering the store - our 44news hidden camera caught 6 men and woman entering and leaving the store friday without a mask on in a 15 minute time period - all of them inside the store more than a minute.
