Etched into a massive mountainside in Georgia, Stone Mountain is the largest confederate monuments in the U.S. It features Confederate leaders Jefferson Davis, Robert E.

Lee, and Stonewall Jackson.

19-year-old Zoe Bambara is leading the charge to have it removed.

“Removing Confederate monuments is not about erasing history because we don’t want to erase anything.

Having these monuments and having these monuments dedicated to these people is celebrating them.” She led a peaceful protest of thousands of people at Stone Mountain itself and is continuing to lead peaceful rallies, events, and marches in support of the Black Lives Matter Movement.
