This kid was sat down by his foster parents and handed an envelope.
He opened the envelope to find a picture of the three of them along with their dog.
On the back of the photograph, there was a handwritten note which told him that he was going to be adopted by his foster parents.
The boy looked overjoyed at this news and rushed to hug his parents.
