Chinese tourists hang upside down on roller coaster due to equipment failure

Tourists were left hanging upside down from a roller coaster due to equipment failure at an amusement park in eastern China.

The video, filmed in the city of Wuxi in Jiangsu Province on September 5, shows 20 riders being stranded on the ride which stopped upside down at the highest point.

According to reports, the tourists were stranded in the air for more than an hour.

Fortunately, no one was injured.

The case is being investigated and the amusement park was closed temporarily.
