First tonight, embattled dooley's pub in rochester is facing another wave of controversy.

That, after city council member michael wojcik posted a youtube video showing maskless employees pouring shots into the mouths of bar patrons.

Kimt news 3's isabella basco is hearing wojcik's pleas to take this pandemic seriously and is also hearing from dooley's owner.

Well... if you were hoping to have a cocktail at dooley's tonight... you won't have the chance... at least for 72 hours.

Health officials are suspending the bar's food and beverage license.

Councilmember michael wojcik tells me he got the video a few days ago.

He sent it to public health ?
