Tonight - protesters and counter protesters are gathered in front of the marshall county courthouse in albertville - where they're calling for the removal of the confederate flag and monument.

Right now there are about x or so people out here people started gathering here as early as 3:30 this afternoon.

The marshall county sheriff's office is also here in full force - keeping the peace between the two groups tonight.

And tonight has been peaceful so far.
