Somalia: Third Blast Hits Beledweyne City, Death Toll Rises

[Shabelle] BELEDWEYNE -- Nine people, including senior regional officials, were killed in three car bomb attacks claimed by the Islamist group Al-Shabaab in Beledweyne in central Somalia on Monday, police said.
