Nigeria: Top Boko Haram Commanders Surrender to Nigerian Troops

[Daily Trust] The Multinational Joint Task Force (MNJTF) has said two high-ranking Boko Haram commanders have surrendered to the MNJTF after 15 years of fighting against the troops.
