Rwanda: Equipping Primary School Teachers With Laptops Is Key to Bridging Digital Divide

[New Times] This past week, the government, through the Rwanda Basic Education Board (REB) announced that they would soon reinvigorate the programme to distribute laptop computers to various primary schools countrywide, a project that will cost over Rwf12bn and this is a worthwhile investment. At least 25,000 teachers will benefit.
