Ottawa pledges millions to promote tourism within Canada amid COVID-19 pandemic

With international borders closed and Canada's tourism industry reeling from the coronavirus pandemic, the federal government will use funds originally intended to attract foreign travellers to encourage domestic trips instead. But it's still unclear how much travel is advisable during a pandemic.
