Covid-19 trends prevent city of Milwaukee from easing restrictions on bars, restaurants, stores

Milwaukee health officials and Mayor Tom Barrett announced Friday the city will have wait until next week, at least, to determine whether the city is ready to move into the third phase of its reopening plan.
