Wisconsin among four states added to New York quarantine list

Add another four states to the growing list of those whose visitors must quarantine for 14 days when coming into New York state. The newest additions are Minnesota, New Mexico, Ohio and Wisconsin. State officials said Delaware has been removed from the list.
