Moderna Inc., the drug developer conducting a high-profile clinical trial of a vaccine for the Covid-19 coronavirus, said Friday that Betsy Nabel, the president of Brigham and Women's Hospital, has stepped down from its board of directors to avoid what it called "the potential of even apparent conflict of interest."
