Cuomo's comments on Covid testing in schools catches many superintendents by surprise

One day after the deadline for districts to file reopening plans with the state, Gov. Andrew Cuomo brought up another concern schools need to address. Cuomo said on a call with reporters on Saturday, "How are you going to test the students? How many are you going to test per day? How long will it take to turn around the tests and where are you going to get that testing capacity?" WGRZ-TV reports the governor's comments caught many local superintendents by surprise.
