Clothing retailer rue21 appoints former HSN and Carnival Corp. exec Bill Brand as its new CEO

Brand joins the company following executive positions at TV network HSN and cruise line company Carnival Corp. and will replace interim CEO John Fleming who will return as a member of the company's board.
