Inslee: Covid-19 vaccine on its way to Washington, but return to normalcy still far off

A Covid-19 vaccine is finally coming to Washington state.  The first shipments of an FDA-approved vaccine are expected to begin arriving in Washington on Monday and vaccinations will begin as soon as Tuesday, Gov.
