Former Manipur Congress chief joins BJP

Former Manipur Congress president Govindas Konthoujam joined the BJP in the presence of Manipur chief minister N Biren Singh, Rajya Sabha MP Anil Baluni and the party's in-charge for the state Sambit Patra.
