Prospect of going to Delhi giving me cold feet: Harish Rawat

Senior Congress leader Harish Rawat on Sunday posted a tweet saying that he was “getting cold feet at just the thought of going to Delhi” to attend the Congress Working Committee (CWC) meeting scheduled to take place in the evening.
