Rainfall in Andhra Pradesh may dampen Dussehra festive spirit

With Andhra Pradesh gearing up to celebrate Dussehra, the weather department on Monday predicted heavy rain spells over parts of north coastal Andhra Pradesh (NCAP), south coastal Andhra Pradesh (SCAP) and Yanam for the next two to three days from October 4 to October 6.
