Heightened PLA activity along LAC

The ongoing summer is witnessing heightened military activity by China along the LAC stretching from eastern Ladakh to Arunachal Pradesh, even as Army chief General Manoj Pande Thursday reviewed the operational situation by visiting the 14 Corps headquarters at Leh. Gen Pande, who also visited the Siachen glacier on the Pakistan front, is slated to visit some forward areas along the LAC facing China on Friday.
