Nijjar killing: Envoy says India 'convicted' before completion of probe, seeks evidence from Canada

Indian High Commissioner to Canada, Sanjay Kumar Verma, raised objection to India being convicted before the investigation into the killing of Hardeep Singh Nijjar, a Khalistani terrorist, is complete.
