Andhra Pradesh Governor S Abdul Nazeer on Sunday said the Indian Constitution is a living document that is constantly evolving and adapting to the changing needs of society. Commemorating the 74th Constitution Day, which is observed every November 26. "The Constitution is the cornerstone of the nation as it lays the foundation of the governance of our nation and the founding fathers wanted the Constitution to be an adaptable document rather than a rigid framework for governance," Nazeer said in a press release issued by Raj Bhavan.
