NIA raids 32 locations to crackdown on Babbar Khalsa International, seizes illegal arms and ‘incriminating’ documents

The National Investigation Agency conducted raids at 32 locations on Thursday, targeting the prohibited outfit Babbar Khalsa International (BKI), the Lawrence Bishnoi crime syndicate, and various other terrorist organizations and criminal gangs. The enforcement actions resulted in the confiscation of illicit arms and ammunition, cash, and what authorities describe as 'incriminating' documents. These operations included searches at 16 locations connected to a case involving the activities of BKI's chief and members. Additionally, seven locations were targeted in relation to a case registered against an organized criminal gang operating under the directives of Lawrence Bishnoi and his associate Goldy Brar.
