Realty case: TMC MP Nusrat Jahan's petition nixed, to appear in court

The Alipore sessions court rejects the revision petition of Trinamool Basirhat MP Nusrat Jahan, who had requested to be exempted from appearing in person in a cheating and breach of trust case. Jahan, a former director of 7 Sense Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, is accused of taking money from 429 homebuyers and failing to deliver promised flats.
