Chhattisgarh security force officer axed to death by Maoist hit team

Inspector Tijau Ram Bhuvarya, from the Chhattisgarh Armed Force, was hacked to death by a Maoist hit team in Bijapur district. The attack occurred near the Jaigur security camp in Kutru, close to the Maharashtra border. The region is a Maoist hotbed. Bhuvarya was accompanied by head constable Shyam Bihari. He hailed from Bargaon village in Kanker district.
