Tarun Kumar Vashisth, the first blind doctoral student at IIM Ahmedabad, is set to become an assistant professor at IIM Bodh Gaya. He studied the experience of blind employees in Indian corporates with support from his family. He overcame admission challenges and pursued his PhD journey. His research focused on the case study method and organizational socialization.
