Can you help detectives at Leeds identify this man in relation to an assault?

Leeds District CID would like to speak to him regarding an incident at The Pavilion in Low Fields Road, Leeds last December, which left another man with serious leg injuries.  

Enquiries have been made to positively identify this man and now the public is being asked to assist with this matter.
