Memphis panel to vote on reinstating Justin Pearson of 'Tennessee Three' Wednesday, rejoining Justin Jones

The Shelby County Board of Commissioners is to vote on reinstating Democratic Rep. Justin Pearson to the Republican-controlled state House in Nashville after his expulsion last week.
