MariaDB plc Enters Into $26.5 Million Financing Agreement

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. & DUBLIN--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MariaDB plc (NYSE: MRDB) announced entry into a $26.5 million senior secured promissory note with RP Ventures LLC. The senior secured promissory note expires on January 10, 2024. MariaDB also announced the restructuring of its board of directors.
