Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac forbearance rate falls to a 4-month low

The forbearance rate for mortgages backed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac dropped to a four-month low of 4.88%, while the overall rate was unchanged from the prior week, MBA said.
