Carroll says he regrets not signing Kaepernick

Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said Thursday that he regrets not signing Colin Kaepernick in 2017. Kaepernick remains out of the NFL, but Carroll said a team reached out to him Thursday to inquire about the quarterback.
