MLB Players Association agrees to report for spring training by July 1 as sides work to finalize health protocols

The MLBPA and Major League Baseball were still finalizing health and safety protocols Tuesday, but the proposed season is expected to begin the weekend of July 24-26 and will be 60 games with 10 teams, not 16, qualifying for the postseason.
