News24 | Joburg city manager tells court of 'great stress' amid fear of being jailed for contempt of court

The idea of being jailed left Johannesburg City manager Floyd Brink "dumbstruck" and his bid to have a warrant for his arrest stayed caused him "great stress", he has said in court papers.
