Lorraine Kelly slams police presence on streets and 'astonished' at lack of trust in force

The Scots television icon was left 'astonished' at what little trust the public now has in local community policing following the death of 45-year-old mum of two Nicola Bulley - and said Happy Valley's TV icon Catherine Calderwood do a better job.
