Tropical Storm Isaias: Americans should start preparing for 'winds, heavy rainfall and storm surge,' hurricane center says

The U.S. National Hurricane Center is warning Americans Thursday to prepare for “a risk of impacts from winds, heavy rainfall and storm surge” as Tropical Storm Isaias is moving along its forecasted path toward the country’s east coast.
