How a Mumbai slum successfully combated coronavirus as cases soar across India

The international community is praising the coronavirus response in Asia's largest slum even as new threats loom. Health officials in Mumbai, India focused on ramping up their response efforts in Dharavi. Several areas in Mumbai have been flooded after extremely heavy rain in through the night and this morning. After Karnata Chief Minister, now Former Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has also tested positive for Coronavirus. He tweeted out that he has tested positive for the novel coronavirus and that he has been admitted to the hospital on the advice of doctors. India's COVID-19 count rose to 18,55,745 after 52,050 people tested positive on Tuesday, while the death count increased by 803 to reach 38,938, figures from the Union Health Ministry showed
