Hazy orange skies from wildfire smoke returns, but air quality remains good

It's the news no one wanted to hear: after a week of fall rain, smoky skies have returned to Washington from wildfires in northern California. But luckily, air quality should remain healthy as the smoke will linger at higher altitudes. The National Weather Service is currently predicting that smoke will arrive in the Evergreen State between Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning and will last for 2-3 days.
