Officials with the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of San Francisco had found a creative way to deal with homeless people sleeping in the entrance areas of St. Mary's Cathedral - by dousing them with water. But after the deterrent caused an uproar, the church is now apologizing and ending the tactic. CBS San Francisco station KPIX-TV has the story.
