Florida divers trying to clean up failed tire reef

A 35-acre graveyard of tires off the coast of Florida was once meant to be an artificial reef. But it is now causing problems it was supposed to prevent. Divers are working to clean up the mess. Barry Petersen has a look at what went wrong.
