Puerto Rico Governor Ricardo Rosselló will reportedly step down

Embattled Puerto Rico Governor Ricardo Rosselló is reportedly set to resign as early as Thursday. Two of the island's largest newspapers are reporting that Rossello will announce his resignation Wednesday, even though he has been resisting calls to step down. CBS News has not independently confirmed Rossello's apparent decision. David Begnaud reports.
