U.S. sends Russia a message with Arctic Circle war games

American fighter jets are conducting critical aerial exercises in the Arctic Circle on Thursday. The maneuvers are just a few hundred miles from Russia, which has repeatedly sent warplanes close to U.S. airspace in recent weeks. Charlie D'Agata went flying with U.S. forces.
