A 22-year-old Italian university student has been arrested in Germany after allegedly kidnapping and killing his ex-girlfriend. The suspect, Filippo Turetta, was found driving in his car near Leipzig after a week-long manhunt. The victim, Giulia Cecchettin, was found dead with stab wounds near Lake Barcis.
