Jury Finds Two Paramedics Guilty in Elijah McClain Death
A Colorado jury on Friday found two paramedics guilty of criminally negligent homicide in the death of Elijah McClain, an unarmed 23-year-old Black man who died in police custody. Police in Aurora, a city just east of Denver, stopped McClain in 2019 on his way home from a convenience store.
